Welcome to Quest Inward Coaching Community

An Online Gathering Space for Inner Field Trip® Workbook Participants

Craving Some Inner Field Trip® Adventure Buddies?

Hiking the trails of self-discovery is way more fun with a supportive crew by your side.

That's where the Inner Field Trip® Basecamp comes in – an online community where Brave Trekkers quest together!

Think of Basecamp as a cozy fireside hangout for fellow explorers who've braved their inner landscape.

Here, you can ditch the lone-wolf routine and swap campfire stories (and maybe some trail mix recipes, also known as best practices) with others who are on the same journey.

Here’s What Awaits You Inside the Basecamp

So, ditch the going-it-alone blues and join the Basecamp crew! We'll provide the camaraderie, encouragement, and occasional virtual fireside chat (because who doesn't love to swap stories after a good hike?).

About the Founder

My name is Leesa Renée Hall and I’m a mental wellness advocate, visual artist, and author of Inner Field Trip®, an award-winning workbook based on 7-years of research that helps individuals use the art of self-reflection for personal and professional growth.

As a counseling psychology graduate student training to become a licensed therapist, I’m aware of how much internalized cultural messages can fracture relationships, hinder self-improvement, and diminish self-expression.

Inspired by my own experience and that of the tens of thousands of people who have embarked on their Inner Field Trip®, I use experiential methods, such as expressive arts, journaling, and nature to make self-reflection easy to understand, fun to apply, and simple to measure.

Frequently Asked Questions

I don’t have a copy of the Inner Field Trip® workbook. Can I still join Basecamp?

Yes and it would be helpful to  purchase a copy of the workbook in physical or ebook format as we’ll be  referring to it from time to time. You can buy a copy from any book seller.

Is the Basecamp hosted in a Facebook group?

No. The Basecamp is hosted on Mighty Networks which is independent from Facebook, X, Instagram, Tik Tok, or any other social media platform.

The beauty of using Mighty Networks to power the Basecamp is that it’s free of toxic trolls, oppressive algorithms, annoying ads, and those who want to criticize and dehumanize as we embark on this vulnerable and messy journey together.

Is the Basecamp just for white or white passing people?

The Basecamp consists of people from many religions, ethnic origins, sexual orientations, gender identities, languages, and countries (to name a few). Although members hold a variety of intersecting identities, what we share in common is our desire to become better ancestors and pass on generational healing.

With that said, some desire to have spaces where they can connect with those who share their social, ethnic, biological, and behavioral identities (SEBBIs for short). As a BONUS, you’ll have access to Special Interest Groups (SIGs for short) where you can connect with those who share your identities without performing for the privileged gaze. BIPOC, Divergence & Disability, LGBTQIA2S+, and Whiteness are some of the SIGs you can join.

When I pay for access to the Basecamp, how often will my credit card be charged?

If you choose the monthly option, your credit card will be charged once very 30-days until you cancel.

If you choose the annual option, your credit card will be charged once a year until you cancel.

Do you accept PayPal, Venmo, Cashapp, Zelle, or Interac eTransfer?

At this time, we only accept credit card payments.

Is the membership charged in US funds?

We offer 5 currencies - American, Australian, Canadian, Euro, and Great Britain Pound. When you click on the payment link, your browser will automatically default to the currency matched to your browser’s location. NOTE: We selected these currencies based on where the majority of our members reside.

Which plan should I choose?

There are 4 Membership Types

The Green Bottle Sliding Scale infographic, created by Alexis J. Cunningfolk, illustrates how to choose which plan is best for you.

If the bottle that is half full is true for you (see image below), choose Discovery or Discovery Plus. There is a slight financial difference between the two levels, and you get access to the same foundational membership benefits.

If the bottle that is filled to the top is true for you (see image below), choose Discovery Sponsor. You get everything in the Discovery and Discovery Plus Plans, plus the extra funds help Inner Field Trip® make a limited number of subsidized spaces available to those who are under-resourced financially due to systemic barriers.

If the bottle that is almost empty is true for you (see image below), choose Discovery Access. The availability of slots for this plan is contingent upon the number of sign-ups at the Discovery Sponsor level. As such, there is a limited number of spots available and we manage access to this plan through an approval process.

  • If spots are available, your application will be approved and you'll receive notification by email.
  • If spots are not available, you'll be put on a waitlist for the next cohort and you'll receive notification by email.

What is the refund, cancellation, or transfer policy?

  • Due to the virtual nature of the Basecamp and the fact that you gain access to the community right away, no refunds are offered
  • If you become a member and are not able to participate in the activities in the Basecamp, no refunds are offered.
  • Transferring your membership to someone else or allowing them to use your password to sign into the Basecamp is not allowed.
  • You can cancel your membership at any time whether you choose the monthly or annual option. You will get a notification prior to your renewal date. If your credit card is charged and you forgot to cancel, there are no refunds.
